This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and VR Supersonic LLC, a [Legal Status of the Company] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), governing the use of the VR Communication Skills Training Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") developed and owned by VR Supersonic LLC. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this EULA.


1. Grant of License:
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, VR Supersonic LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Platform.
This license allows you to access the Platform's features, including the Learning Management System (LMS), VR scenario creation tools, and VR app for simulations.

2. Restrictions on Use:
a. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform.
b. You shall not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Platform.
c. You shall not remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright markings from the Platform.
d. You shall not sublicense, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or transfer any portion of the Platform to any third party.

3. Data Collection and Privacy:
a. VR Supersonic LLC may collect and process certain data, including but not limited to user interactions, progress data, and voice recordings. Such data may be used to improve the Platform's functionality and user experience.
b. VR Supersonic LLC will handle user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Company's website.

4. Intellectual Property:
The Platform, including all its content, features, and technology, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the sole property of VR Supersonic LLC. No rights or licenses are granted to you except as expressly stated in this EULA.

5. User Content:
a. The Platform may allow you to create, upload, or share content such as VR scenarios and simulations (hereinafter referred to as "User Content").
b. Unless specified in writing for enterprise contracts, you retain ownership of your User Content, but by uploading or sharing it on the Platform, you grant VR Supersonic LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty:
a. The Platform is provided "as is" and VR Supersonic LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
b. VR Supersonic LLC does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability:
a. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VR Supersonic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
b. The total liability of VR Supersonic LLC, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for accessing and using the Platform.

8. Termination:
a. This EULA is effective until terminated. VR Supersonic LLC may terminate this license at any time if you breach any of the terms herein.
b. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Platform and destroy all copies of the Platform in your possession.

9. Governing Law:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement:
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and VR Supersonic LLC regarding the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
